POSITION TITLE: Donut Care Specialist – Part-time
Typical Shift: 7:30a.m. – 1p.m.
4-5 work days per week
$14-$18 (base wage + tips)

First Stop Donuts is a donut school bus in Richmond, Virginia serving up warm apple cider donuts! We pride ourselves in providing a positive and consistent experience. Join a growing team that’s avid about quality donuts and even better customer service.
POSITION DETAILS
- Must be able to work weekends including Friday – Monday mornings and some evenings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work stations include everything from donut making, filling orders, to greeting and assisting customers. First Stop Donuts is all about teamwork, communication and having fun!
Follow recipes closely and maintain quality control standards
Assist with truck setup and breakdown in various locations including Richmond, Midlothian, Henrico, Mechanicsville and other areas as needed
Prep work including stocking and portioning ingredients
Greeting and serving customers with a positive and friendly attitude
Taking inventory daily
Maintain a clean working space before, during and after serving
Operate POS system managing both online and in person orders
Other duties as necessary
REQUIREMENTS & QUALITIES:
For this opportunity, you MUST have a positive and energetic personality. This is a position for
someone who is confident in taking the reins and implementing new ideas.
1 year customer service experience
Must be comfortable standing under a 6’1” bus roof for extended periods of time
Must have reliable transportation
Flexible schedule and ability to work variable hours
Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to multitask and maintain poise under pressure
Truly care about people and the experience you provide them
Ability to problem solve
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 50lbs on occasion
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Great communication skills
Desire to learn and grow
Dependable
Trustworthy
